LIPOR International consolidates 2025 results and prepares for the future!

LIPOR’s Fourteen years of specialized technical consultancy, delivering highly impactful and tailored services in an international context, amounting to 34 service assignments across 23 countries.

The consolidated results for 2025 present a set of indicators that clearly reflect the performance of GLOBAL WASTE MANAGEMENT’s international activity:

8 ongoing service assignments/projects across 8 distinct geographies.
90% of services delivered in LIPOR Internacional’s priority markets.
60 consultants integrated into the LIPOR Internacional pool, of which 39 actively participated in projects.
65% of the consultant pool active in 2025.
3 new projects initiated in 2025, with 6 proposals approved.
Revenues contributing to the organization’s overall turnover.
23 deliverables submitted to international clients.
8 technical missions of both technical and business nature.
Engagement with 29 countries in 2025.

These figures clearly reflect the progress made and the solid commitment to LIPOR’s strategic pillar of internationalization. LIPOR Internacional – Global Waste Management lives up to its origins, with LIPOR consultants embodying and demonstrating the organization’s distinctive spirit.

Looking ahead to 2026, we anticipate the continuation of ongoing service assignments, the launch of new projects — in Angola, Senegal, and others yet to come — as well as several international missions covering project implementation, cooperation, market prospecting, and institutional engagement. We also foresee the launch of a project specifically targeted at the PALOP countries.
