Lipor awarded, once again, 1st place in the Work Excellence Index

On March 2, in Lisbon, took place the event for the presentation of the winners of the 7th edition of the Index of Excellence - the largest study of the organizational climate and development of human capital in Portugal. This study was developed by Neves de Almeida HR Consulting in partnership with Human Resources and ISCTE Executive Education, which analysed and highlighted the best practices in People Management in around 120 national Organizations of various sectors and sizes.

In this edition, there was also the opportunity, in addition to the global results, to present the evolution when compared to 2021, as well as the most critical themes and the main trends in people management. We also got to know the best practices in people management and the best strategies for human resource management.

This study aims to identify the best human resources practices and recognize the Organizations that invest more in this area. The Excellence Index is considered a relevant and robust tool for understanding the relationship between Organizations and their employees, contributing to the satisfaction, well-being and retention of key employees, in a context of high competition for talent.
